The project is a Pharmaceutical Shop Management Simulation System designed to model and simulate the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy that may act as a retailer, wholesaler, or both. The system allows users to manage inventory, sales, purchases, and suppliers, while maintaining accurate records of stock levels, pricing, and transactions. It includes modules for handling:

  • Retail operations: selling medicines directly to customers, tracking prescriptions, and managing over-the-counter sales.
  • Wholesale operations: managing bulk orders, supplier interactions, and client pharmacies.
  • Inventory control: monitoring stock quantities, restocking thresholds, and expiry dates.
  • Financial reporting: tracking sales revenue, purchase costs, and profit margins.
  • The simulation demonstrates how pharmaceutical businesses coordinate supply and demand, comply with regulations, and optimize stock management. It provides an educational and practical approach to understanding the retail and wholesale dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.
